Agreeing to these terms
These terms govern your use of deadpanlabs.com, operated by Deadpan Labs LLC, a studio based in Miami, Florida. By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t, please don’t use the site. Questions? Email contact@deadpanlabs.com.
What this site is
Deadpan Labs is a digital marketing and software studio — one team that builds products and markets them. This site describes what we do and shows a selection of our work. It’s informational: the pages, prices where shown, and case studies are not an offer, a guarantee, or a contract on their own.
Working with us
An actual engagement — us building or marketing something for you — is governed by a separate written agreement (a services agreement and statement of work) that both sides sign before work begins. That signed agreement, not this site, sets the scope, price, timeline, ownership, and everything else that matters. Nothing here — browsing the site, submitting a form, or trading emails — creates a client relationship or binds either of us on its own.
Using the site
Keep it simple and keep it fair:
- Use it lawfully — don't break into it, probe it, or try to disrupt it.
- Don't scrape it abusively or hammer the forms with automated traffic.
- Don't submit other people's personal information without their permission.
- Leave the bot protection and rate limits alone — they're there for a reason.
What you send us
Your idea stays your idea. When you send us something through a form, you keep it — you’re just giving us permission to read it and respond. We handle whatever you submit according to our Privacy Policy. One ask: don’t send us confidential or sensitive material you wouldn’t want shared before there’s an NDA in place — if the work calls for one, we’ll set it up.
Our content and brand
The design, copy, code, brand marks, and case studies on this site belong to Deadpan Labs LLC. Please don’t copy, republish, or reuse them without our written permission. Product and brand names that appear in our work belong to their respective owners and are shown to describe the work we did.
The site is provided “as is”
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we don’t warrant that it’s error-free, complete, or online every second. To the fullest extent the law allows, the site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Any links to other sites are for convenience — we’re not responsible for what lives on them.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Deadpan Labs LLC isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Liability for actual engagements is set out in the separate services agreement for that work — not here.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about the site belongs in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
Changes to these terms
If we update these terms, we’ll change the page and move the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after that means you’re good with the new version.
