DeadpanLabs
The platform

One login for the whole business.

Most companies run on nine SaaS subscriptions that don’t talk to each other, and a founder who is the integration layer. This is the other option: one dashboard, built around the way your business actually works, that answers the questions you open a laptop to ask. We build it, hand it over with your team trained on it, and keep it working.

What’s in it

27 modules, and the question each one answers.

You don’t start with all of them. You start with the handful that answer what you’re currently guessing at, and add the rest as the business asks for them.

How it works

One platform, shaped to your company.

01

Composed, not configured

Your dashboard is assembled from the modules that answer questions you actually have. A workshop and a DTC brand get different dashboards from the same platform — a change of layout, not a rebuild.

02

Different for every role

A founder, an office manager and a maintenance tech open the same URL and get different screens. Nine role views ship with the platform; an owner can compose more without calling us.

03

Yours, on your own subdomain

yourname.deadpanlabs.com, in your palette, your typeface and your logo. Your team signs in somewhere that looks like your company, not like ours.

04

Access is enforced in the database

Every read is scoped to your workspace by the database itself, not by the screen hiding a button. A viewer can't reach payroll numbers by editing a URL, because the row never leaves Postgres.

The honest part

We run Deadpan Labs on it.

Not a demo tenant — the company. Our own projects, deliverables, security posture and integrations live on the same dashboard you’d get, and our production email is relayed by the same integration engine we’d wire your tools through. When something in the platform is awkward, we feel it before you do.

It runs from any device, and a companion iOS and Android app is in development. We’ll tell you what’s built and what’s coming — the difference between those two is the whole point of the name.

Want to see it on your business?

Tell us what you run today and what you keep having to ask for. We’ll show you the dashboard that answers it.
